Wines
The grapes are picked at full maturity and macerated to extract color and tannins. Fermentation takes place with a cultured yeast at temperatures between 25 and 28°C. After the fermentation is complete, the wine is left in the fermentation tank with the skins for another 2 weeks to ensure integration and full development of the tannin structure. The alcohol is then carefully removed using a vacuum spinning cone process. This allows the alcohol to be removed without affecting the integrity of the
Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes come from the Coastal Region of South Africa, an area known for high quality wines from low yielding vineyards. All our growers are Fairtrade certified.

Cognato White

IPA
Locked and loaded with Galaxy hops, this IPA is truly out of this world. Extreme juiciness bursts through the roasted caramel base with blasts of passion fruit, stone fruit, and citrus, capped with a sessionably bitter finish.
Stout
Inspired by the traditional Irish stout with crafty notes of hoppy stout and rauchbier, this dark beer provides a dry yet refreshing and lightly hopped finish. This Bonfire Stout certainly isn’t for the faint of heart. Complex notes of roasted coffee and smoked malt awaken the senses to create a carefully crafted, memorable beer.

Fruity Lager
Lazer Crush we used a clever strain of yeast that fully ferments our crisp pilsner malt without producing alcohol and adds a hint of peachy fruit to boot. Then we laid down some heavy-duty hops. Azacca for ripe mango with a hint of fresh pine, Amarillo gives bags of sweet orange and Citra adds the zesty citrus and grapefruit bitterness that we all want in an IPA.
The result is a rocket-fueled, turbocharged, laser-sharp IPA at a Monday to Sunday crushable 0.3%
